Please contact us for price information. However, as an indication the Plots range in price from $15 Million - $30 Million depending upon location and size.

The cost of constructing each of the Manor Houses at Golf-Hotel will depend upon the size of house and finishes specified by the purchaser.

Payment Plan
The payments for the Plots are spread throughout the construction period and all funds received are deposited in our Escrow account held with Dubai Islamic Bank.

RERA
Golf-Hotel is a fully RERA registered development and our developer registration number.

For Cheque payments - Local
Cheques made out to Escrow Account Golf-Hotel Arthur Fitzwilliam.
Project Name & Plot Number must be mentioned on the back of the cheque
